  Called today for an urgent carpet clean for a product that will stain. They said they could be here today after 2 and would call me. They never called and never showed up and when I called they said everyone had already gone home for the day and they could maybe come tomorrow. By tomorrow the product will have stained the carpet and the white carpet is now likely ruined. Not impressed.

  Kelly's Carpets were terrific to deal with. Not only did they do a great job cleaning a difficult carpet, they had it ready for pickup on the date we agreed on. Can't top that.
