  I will not return here, unless they give it away. Customer service consisted mainly of lying to me - do these people really believe that customers are so ignorant and uninformed? No great prices, pressure sales, lies are a few of the reasons I will not return. Not even in a couple of months for a second chance. No way. Shame on them. #localguide

  Corbeil delivery team was amazing!! Because my front door was too narrow to allow the fridge to go through, they brought in the fridge and stove all the way through the path in the park behind my house and into my backyard to get in the house through the patio door. They made it look effortless but I know how much care and thought they put into every move. A perfect delivery through an unconventional path! I am grateful for their impeccable service. Shawn Green, the manager at this Corbeil store on Innes in Gloucester, was very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful in all his advice and service. His colleague Doug was also incredibly helpful in my selection of appliances. They are a well-coordinated team of professionals. The smooth communication with Shawn allowed timely coordination and adjustment in the kitchen design process as well as the well-prepared logistical details for delivery. I have dealt with a number of appliance providers across Ottawa over the years, and there are good deals everywhere, but Corbeil stands out with their excellent services and on-time free delivery.

  We purchased a washer and dryer and the sales person failed to advise us that we required additional hoses to hook up the washer, and a stacking kit to permit our units to be stacked (which we had made clear was a requirement). When we returned to the store the following day to purchase these items, we received little solace. Furthermore, we purchased a steam option for the dryer which requires an additional length of hose and we weren't informed on either visit of this requirement so we installed the dryer without the ability to use the steam option.

  Recently had the opportunity to buy a uniquely sized refrigerator at this location. The salesman was excellent, he was knowledgeable, confident and effective. The supporting team coordinating delivery and final payment were efficient and responsive to my schedule. The delivery team were super as they hand carried the new fridge and old fridge on a cottage driveway that was over 200M long when the realized their truck was too large. I am a happy customer and hope that I will be pleased with my new fridge.
