::We rented a car to go to Kelowna from this company. We needed a big car preferably an SUV but the city was sold out and they only had a regular car. The car was new and we had no problems with it but we would have preferred a bigger car. The employee at the car rental was friendly and got all the paperwork ready fast. It was very convenient that they were located in the lobby of the hotel. The best part it was that we didn't have to pay for parking since we rented the car from them. This saved us a lot of money. Would be giving them 5 stars if they had a bigger car for us.

::I was told that Whistler is a must see place while in Vancouver so we rented a car to go there for the day. The car rental was located in the lobby and the car was in the hotel parking lot, very convenient. We rented a brand new Nissan with all the options you can think of. We loved the car and the drive and would definitely consider this car rental again.

::We had a few days before our cruise ship and decided to take a trip to Victoria. It was a last minute decision so we decided to rent a car. The guys at the car rental gave us some good tips for the trip so we avoided the traffic and maximized our time in Victoria. Vancouver is an easy city to drive and thanks to the GPS in the car we had no problems finding our way. If you take a trip to Victoria we definitely recommend getting a car. The car rental was located in the lobby of our hotel so it was very convenient for us. Good costumer service and a hassle free experience.
