  Like RBC and probably all of the major banks, CIBC gets suckier every year in terms of customer service. Long wait times on the phone. The usual crappy interest rates on savings. Financial "specialists" who steer you into mutual funds with outrageous management fees. Don't even think of converting currency here. Knightsbridge will give you a much better deal.

  Best banking experience ever! There's one teller in particular whose not only hella handsome, but he's super friendly and quick everytime! There's a couple awesome ladies there too (Marjoan!) and Karalee is a godsend of a Financial Service Rep!

  took me 30min to get a loan approve with TD and it took me 5 days with CIBC.. this is ridiculous
