  Takes forever to get someone on phone. Nobody answers or calls back. Finally I called again and redirected to the “call centre” on hold again for 20 mins. When they booked appointment with me they booked wrong branch. What a waste of my time.

  Friendly staff but never has enough tellers. Always waiting in a line of 10 plus people. With one or two tellers during peak hours. Considering switching banks.

  I've been a customer here for nearly 30 years and I'm treated like family. The best bank I've ever dealt with. Professional staff have always given me a 5 star service. Thank you.

  Good service relative to customer request. The little downside is sometimes there is a long queue. Perhaps more staff members need to get involved and receive customers.

  Tried 4 days in a row to contact someone from the branch and no one replied. Tried faxing a draft as well and no reply. Even called the senior financial representatives direct line left a voicemail and no call back. "We will call you by the end of the day" clearly that doesn't exist with this branch. If your understaffed then hire more people it's that simple.
