::Friendly staff, great atmosphere and excellent children's section. Most of the year they have a Thomas and friends table set up for toddlers. There is always a Lego duplo table.

::Great bookstore with a large selection of all types of books. There is a Starbucks coffee shop connected to this Chapters bookstore (found to the far right of the store -- you don't need to go outside to access the Starbucks, as it's connected directly to Chapters). Staff here is welcoming and friendly, and can answer any questions you might have. There are computers placed all around the store, as well, that can help you search for specific books and let you know if they are in stock/where they are located in the store. If the books you're after are not in stock, the store is happy to order them for you and let you know when they arrive. Customers can also get a membership with this chain of Chapters/Indigo stores for a 10% discount off all purchases - a very decent deal.
