  This Canadian Tire store used to have good management and corresponding customer service. I am not sure when the change happened. Returns are an issue and when I was in this week Looking for a specific item (they had 4 but I needed 6 so I bought the 4 and..) I asked a floor sales person to look up which store I could find the product in. This person had just been chatting with another sales person. She told me she was too busy and to find someone else. Then continued to just stand around. I was specifically told that stores are independently owned and there is not much help between stores to help customers. Probably explains the return issue. HINT: the only reason the got a couple of stars is that this location usually has a good section of the fun sale stuff through the middle areas.

  Go to unmarked counter # 1 to see if they have the tires you need. Go to unmarked counter # 2 to set up appointment. Return to unmarked counter # 2 when your car is ready and pick up your keys. Go to unmarked counter # 3 to pay. Wander parking lot aimlessly to look for your car. Whoever thought this byzantine set-up was customer-friendly needs to go back to school. Price was right and service was slightly better than so-so.

  This is one of the best managed owner operator Canadian Tire I have ever come across and I've been across Canada selection service availability ownership management is key in the store

  Its Canadian Tire, so its awesome. Ive found the staff to be very hands-off; it can be difficult to find help. The greeter is always friendly though. They are also incredibly expedient with returns or exchanges. Whatever season youre preppin fr, this is the place to do it. Support Canadian companies!

  I've been here many times and it's always very difficult (often not possible) to find any customer service. It would work better to install more computers that show you where to locate items, and steps or ladders so customers can more safely retrieve items from upper shelves. If staff aren't willing to help customers, please make it easier for customers to help themselves. (The gentleman who often works in the fishing, etc. department has always been my go-to for assistance with items from any department).
