  We entered the store with a vague idea of the colour we wished to paint the living room walls. Both of us had grown tired of the monotony of grey which seemed to have taken over our home. The sales associate was a young girl who I was extremely pleased with her professional demeanour as well as her pleasant personality she demonstrated throughout our exchange of trying to make up our minds. I apologize for forgetting her name, as she was a delightful young lady, who took the time to ask us important questions to find out exactly what colour would be a great choice. We decided on a soft yellow, to capture the beautiful sunshine which greeted us most mornings, as we enjoyed a cup of coffee. This sales associate explained the entire process of prepping the walls in order to achieve beautiful smooth walls which would make our finished product a success, and made suggestions of how we could also use wall paper as a feature wall. I definitely will return to The Benjamin Moore Paint Store on Mcleod Trail, as it was such an enjoyable experience, proving that the younger generation most definitely can and do a brilliant job.

  As a painting contractor of 15+ years I have to say I'm disappointed at this particular store... I needed a new fan deck to show it to my customers so they can choose the paint Color , this store wanted to charge me $35 for it...WHY when I buy up to $20.000 paint and supplies every year. Some of the staff I talked to are very untrained and very unprofessional ...after long talk their excuse was that the stores are individually owned and if the owner says you have to pay then you have to pay ...Went to another Benjamin Moore location and I was taken care of...all they needed was my business card and fill a form and they gave me a fan deck for free. Not all BM stores are equal , I had to give "one" star because web page is not letting me pick lower than one star...I will never shop at this store again and No I would not recommend this store to the friends.

  Perfect paint match; I have tried this with old paint four times, this is the first time it was a perfect match on the wall

  I dealt with this store twice already to match the paint with the existing trim and siding of my house. I had my reservations as both my existing trim and the siding are a decade old. Store delivered 100% perfect match on both cases. I thought I got lucky the first time. A year later they delivered perfect results again. This has nothing to do with the luck. This store delivers consistently, which calls for a recognition. Prices are a tad higher than elsewhere. However, you get what you are paying for. Money well spent for sure. If you are doing a renovation and there is a need to match the paint with the existing color scheme this store should be on the top of your shopping list.
