  I have always experienced great service at this Canada Post. Employees are both helpful and nice!

  Have used this location for various things at various times over the past several years. Never less than efficient, friendly, helpful service. Am mystified by the many poor reviews!

  I am a nice person who just wanted to see if my package was in this facility this morning at 9:40 am. The man who attended me COMPLETELY REFUSED to check if my package was at this facility and treated me like I was a waste of his time even though his job is to do just that and it would have taken him a few seconds. I insisted a couple times before giving up, and I got the worst experience I have ever had on a Canada Post and it made me really sad, or ANYWHERE. I hope I never have to come back here. He hates his job, but then why is he doing it? Canada Post shouldn't hire people like this.

  Used this address as my Canada Post flex address. The tracking number on Amazon showed it was delivered, but when I went to pick it up they told me it wasn't there. I went back the next day, and again, told me it wasn't there. I demanded it was, and magically it appeared! I had a second parcel sent there, but this one didn't come with a tracking number. However it was scheduled for delivery 1 week ago, and they claim they don't have it. This post office is terrible! Do not use it. They will lose your package or steal it. I'm not sure what they are doing with them. I decided to use the post office inside shoppers drug mart instead, and so far they've been great!
