::Many of the staff there is nice and accommodating, with the exception of one staff. Most of the time I order from amazon and ship it to this location for convenience. There were two occurrences where I had another billing address under someone else and so the package was not under my name. There was this Asian lady with short hair and glasses that denied me my package both times. I had the delivery notice (email), which was addressed to me. I had the exact tracking number on the delivery notice, and even the proof of payment on the amazon account. The email included the letter of authorization, which only had TWO FIELDS: The name of the authorized personnel and the signature of the addressee. For the first package, when I went back for it with the letter, another nice lady said I didn't even need the letter since I had the delivery notice addressed to me in my email. The second time I simply got someone to pick it up. I don't understand how adding a signed piece of paper (Just one signature and that's it), which does not even have any form of identifying the original billed personnel, is sufficient to pick up a package. I guess some people are nice and accommodating while others just likes to follow the "rules" to its literal meanings. I even tried to explain there would be no difference if i were to sign the document and bring it back myself (since I will have consent). The Asian lady then said, "If you want to commit fraud then go ahead.". Maybe she should read up on what fraud is and not blatantly slander others as a customer service representative. Will probably not use this location again. I understand its a mistake on my part but if this is how some staff acts at Canada Post, I'd rather let amazon ship to my house since they recently started to place packages at safe locations beside my door with pictures provided.

::The woman with the short spiked hair is rude as hell. She should not be in customer service.

::Don't use this location!! They lost my return package for a full Month, lied to me that they didn't have it there, then tried to give it back to me saying it was my new package??? What the hell is wrong with the people here.

::Elaine is brilliant! My printing supplier printed the wrong size envelopes and they therefore did not qualify as first class mail. This error would have raised my mailing costs by several hundred dollars. Elaine "thought outside the box," considered my mail piece, and provided me with a very simple solution. Canada Post employs wonderful people with great advice to solve your mailing problems.
