  I was surprised to see so many negative comments. Just to be fair, I had one of the best post office experiences here. The guy working here helped me pack my sending away parcel nicely free of charge. He even helped me carry the picked up parcel which did not happen anywhere else.

  I'm sure here people have never heard about customer service. Today I was told to express myself better, because she doesn't have any time to listen what I want, though I was only asking about sizes of envelopes. Will never go back to this post.

  The service here is getting better and better everyday. I used to come here all the time to pick up my online orders, the Korean owner was rude and grumpy almost all the time. Since we had canadapost parcel box set up near my house, I do not come here often anymore, but this time the box is too big that cannot fit. I came to pick my shoes that I ordered from Northdrom, I found the atmosphere was different, the owner and the worker were really nice and helpful.

  It is painful each and every time. They don't even understand the simple procedure for picking up a parcel for someone else. Even when the procedure is clearly detailed on the delivery notice. I must find a way to redirect packages to a different office. This might be the lowest rated outlet in the city!

  Wish I could give the entire company 0 stars. Pickup locations are the wild west. Staff here are completely powerless to render any assistance to customers. They have no power to facilitate any sort of corrective actions. They can't call the depot directly, they can't communicate with drivers, they can't view real-time data on packages, they can't open service tickets, and they can't call you when your package is found/arrived/delivered. Delivery notices are often pre-filled with dubious delivery times (drivers delivering at exactly noon for every package), and left with missing information about pickup location, pickup time, reason for notice being left, etc. If you're fortunate enough to live in a condo or home with cameras, you might be able to watch your delivery driver post notices and leave without buzzing, or knocking as quickly as possible and then slinking away to the delivery truck without waiting. If you file a "Ticket" online, expect instant "too many cooks in the kitchen" problems, and watch from your computer as your delivery time spirals from one day late, to up to a week late as the "service centre" falls into a tail spin of mass confusion, buck-passing and customer blaming.
