  I am a frequent user of this location and have not had any problems....things do low down during peak holiday seasons but that's expected.

  Diana was the rudest service person I've ever encountered. Showed no customer sympathy or resolution other than giving me Canada Post customer number. Spoke with a supervisor at their head office in which he came up with a solution for my package to be released on the spot and he just had to talk with Diana. She declined to even accept her head offices solution and refused to release my package.
