  Very disappointed with the way i was treated after my husbands passing. Did not come forth with important info. Finding things out after they happen. Do not respond to phone calls in a timely manner. I believe that when all my matters are cleared up so will my banking be at BMO. Not impressed. We have been clients for will over 20 years.

  The worst BMO branch, The teller chatting with each other while serving customer, rude attitude, and careless conduct, one time when I about to leave, they didn't return the document I brought,and didn't even notice it when I go back and ask for it. If you are looking for some kind and professional service,DO NOT GO THERE!

  Good luck contacting an actual person at this branch. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and I will never again deal with BMO at any location due to this. I do not suggest ever using this branch if you are seeking any kind of customer service at all. I actually challenge you to call their phone line and see if you are able to talk to an actual person at this branch.
