  John did a fantastic job fixing up my old Miele that needed to be modernized. He replaced the chain, back sprocket, brake pads, back wheel, derailleur, and a bunch of cables. The bike rides like new - so tight!! The bike was ready a day ahead of when it was supposed to be! Highly recommended!!

  This is an amazing place to bring your bike. John is so knowledgeable and his service standards are very high. He is attentive and thorough, remembering me every time I walk in the door and going beyond what I ask to make sure my bike is in the best shape possible. Definitely recommend you bring your bike here!

  Found myself in a bit of a jam with a stuck seat post when I was scrambling to get it packed for an overseas tour. Took it into this place. The guy, I am guessing John, was reluctant to take it on given the tight timeline but pointed me to a machine shop that would be a better bet. Long story short, 3 hours work and $300 later, the seat was out and I went back to the Bike Repair Centre for a new seat post. Hearing about my ordeal and taking pity on me he hooked me up with a seat post for free! This place will be my go to for all my bike needs from now on. Thanks!!

  Great experience and John was very helpful! Brought in an old bike for repairs. Customer service was great, cost was inexpensive (searched around other shops in the area) Definitely recommend!

  Came here upon recommendation from a bike store that did not have specialized tools to bleed hydraulic brakes. John and his shop did everything for me, explained it all in great detail, gave me options and gave a great deal. I will only deal with John's shop now. Skilled, experienced, friendly. They live and breathe bikes here and you can do no finer. Down to earth shop. Fast reliable service.
