  Breathtaking ambience with mountains seemingly surrounding the hotel. Excellent amenities. Special kudos to staff, who went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay comfortable. In fact, when we were sitting in the lobby waiting endlessly for a taxi to take us to the shopping centre, the general manager, Roberta, on seeing us patiently waiting, immediately arranged with the reception staff to take us to our destination by the hotel shuttle van and have us brought back when we called after the shopping was completed. This is service above and beyond the call of duty and extremely gratifying, thus sealing our loyalty to Best Western for ever more.

  Staff, food, and accommodations were great. Just don't freak out if you see a ghostly shadow or mist. Awesome.

  I bought a punch pass to use the sauna/pool. In the past I had brought people friends with me without issue using there punchcards. Today I went there with friends only to be denied stating each person needed their own pass (60) and after trying to talk to both the fitness club manager and the hotel manger Roberta they were flat out unwilling to comprise and she was more concerned about telling me what I did wrong then help. I'm now stuck with a pass I will not use again, for a hotel it was the worst customer service I have ever received. I brought many friends to use their facilities and I do enjoy them (hence the 1 star) but unless you want to argue with a manager over why a paying customer is wrong I would avoid using their services. I thought people in the hospitality industry should understand the value of customer service more than anyone AVOID

  Super friendly staff, rooms were decent. Keys didn't work the first time but got a new set and a new room. All good. Nice pub across the road.

  Great hotel, wonderful staff, quiet, clean and comfort rooms, lovely area to walk your dog, delicious room service food - mushroom ravioli and fettuccine alfredo were outstanding, sit down breakfast served by efficient and friendly Mary Ann who sees to your every need, yummy pancakes, affordable. Join Best Western points program as we had enough points to stay for free! Best Western Plus is now top of our list when travelling as they are consistently great.
