  Good price and service if you don't mind the bugs. Stayed there for a night a month ago and my friend and I both woke up covered in what we thought were hives from the strong cleaners used. A quick glance under the mattress showed that neither of us slept alone that night. Needless to say I won't be returning. Disgusting.

  clean and updated room. nice new laminate floor (no stinky carpet!). all other hotels were fully booked so this was our last resort. pleasantly surprised for $66. nice family run hotel. and the room wasn't smoky either!

  It's easy to tell when the owners care about their investment, the bathroom was completely and beautifully remodeled, room had fridge, microwave and coffee. Of my 10-day Canadian ride this by far was the best bang for buck I had come across. Owner was extremely polite and doing whatever he could so his patrons had a comfortable stay. This will be my go-to place when I'm in Thunder Bay.
