  A nice little place serving hot beverages, food and conversation. Located within the Toronto Eaton Centre food court by the escalators. The apple cider is a favourite, yet only available for a limited time. Cheerful staff, welcoming atmosphere and vibrant menu.

  Conveniently located by the escalators, a little peace and quiet is found while enjoying a nice "mug" of coffee; NOT in another paper cup. Pastry was freshly baked and everything I ordered (Latte - extra hot, croissant, a few baked biscuits for the kids) were as expected. Staff was friendly and courtesy listening to my needs. In such a busy mall, I was surprised they were able to keep up with all the orders and customizations even on a Saturday afternoon. The guy that served me, maybe the manager gave that personalized touch, something people often take for granted given all the fast food chains around. A simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Hope you guys see this review and keep it up ! I don't visit Eaton's much, but when I do, you got my coffee business !

  Conveniently located in the food court! Had their warm grilled chicken salad which was tender and flavorful. Lattes are massive and delicious! Will be visiting regularily during work!

  Great variety of menu choices. They have gluten free and sugar free options. Staffs were friendly and suggested a few must have items. Ice aroma and mango kale smoothie are soo good!

  This place is fine during the day -- BUT --in the evening this place is hit-and-miss. I typically visit this Aroma in the morning and the evening. Now, I only visit this location in the morning. Why? Two reasons: 1) The evening staff (not the chef) is already checked-out. For example, I went to order a coffee there recently (this is what finally made me switch) saw me waiting to order a coffee, but she had to finish her conversation on her phone first. When she was finished, she slowly walked over and said nothing. As if she was inconvenienced. Funny stuff. This example is one of many problems I encountered with the evening staff. 2) The coffee is not very good in the evening. If you want a latte, knock yourself out. However, the coffee is another matter altogether. If you want a decent coffee experience in Eaton Centre in the evening, I would not recommend this place. Rather, Starbucks or Second Cup renders better CS. In regards to hit coffee, Tim Hortons always has fresh coffee that's hot. I hope this helps.
