::With the boom of eBay and Amazon and easier imports most stores are providing other reasons for you to go. Well not here. Pictures? Not allowed. Bathroom? Of course not. Watching you like you are a thief and asking you to leave your bags with them? Check. English? Barely.

::The staff is always harassing. Treat you like thieves constantly staring at you when you are simply browsing the merchandise. I have made purchases from here before but really they are like double any online price, so they're just terribly greedy on top of it all.

::hay una gran seleccion de animes pero no aceptan cambios ni devoluciones, compramos un shfigures vegetto y vino malo... ahora que? 90 dolares perdidos?

::I go just because my son is a huge Gundam fan and this place has the best selection. Pretty decently priced considering hard to find these things. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The people who are the security for the store laugh and joke with me when they see my son and his enthusiasm and grabbing and piling boxes on me. They've also helped me hold boxes. They understand that he is on the high functioning end of the autism spectrum and are great with their services when we come in. The owners and staff are friendly, chatty about products and things like that. They are great at making recommendations for reading materials and things like that for kids and youth! The only thing for me, is accessibility for people with disabilities.
