  The staff is great and friendly. Dr. Hikal was very professional and confident in the procedure being done (I have a crown done). I am a nervous patient and appreciated the care and genuine concern for my well-being during the procedure. I felt comfortable and valued. Highly recommended . Thank you. :)

  I’ve been going to Alinea Dental for 13 years now. All the staff are excellent! I always receive a warm welcome from reception and all the dental hygienists are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend.

  Not bad for cleanings but would not recommend for serious procedures. I'm scared of dentists and this one was not very compassionate - but his assistants seemed to be. I had an old silver filling replaced because he said it was cracked, but I never got a second opinion. He told me the new filling would be tooth coloured but I never cared about that. A week after it was replaced, it was still sensitive so I called and said so. The office said to come in for an xray which thankfully was free. The dentist said the filling wasn't touching the nerve so he said the pain should go away. More than a year later and I still can't chew on the one side of my mouth.

  A colleague recommended this dental office and I'm glad I listened. The dentists (I have so far consulted with Dr. Bhan) are thorough, professional, and respectful and don't try to push unnecessary dental work on patients. The technicians, hygienists, and support staff are always kind, helpful, and engaging. The office is located on the Carleton U campus and is accessible by a number of OCTranspo bus routes (4,7, etc.). I would recommend Alinea Dental to anyone new to Ottawa, or looking to change dentists.

  Very comfortable and easy to talk to. I hadn't seen a dentist in 4 years but I am glad that I found this place. They did a great job.
