    I would give zero star if possible. I was visiting Toronto and looking for a 1-month data-only SIM card to use while here. Went into the shop and asked about it, the staff was being very friendly and so I specifically asked if there was any SIM card that I could use for a month, I also mentioned specifically that I was hoping to pay everything upfront for the SIM card and the service fee for the month. The staff got me a Fido data-only SIM card that he recommended and told me that I could pay everything in cash upfront at the shop. Also when I asked to make sure there wouldn't be any fee after the 1-month, the staff confirmed it with me in a friendly manner, so I was told that I could just pay everything on the day in cash and no fee would be required afterwards. So I paid for SIM card and 1-month fee in cash at the shop on the day, thinking everything would be fine. The same staff even offered to help me download some apps on my phone so I could just use the internet for calling domestically. He gave me a "receipt" that's only partially filled in and I didn't recieve any e-receipt at all (even though he said he would send it to me.) Over a year later, I recieved an email from a debt collector company chasing after some money from Fido, I was deeply confused and so I called up the company to check if it's a scam or not. And it turned out to be some money that I owed Fido for the month that I visited Toronto and used the SIM card that I thought I paid everything at the wireless save store. I was very disappointed at Wireless save and I even called them from abroad to speak to the shop manager. He asked for my recipet for the SIM that I purchased and turned out that there was not enough information to show I have actually paid for everything. The SIM card that I paid for only included the upfront cost and the service fee wasn't included. The staff did not clarify about it at all when purchasing the card. At the end, there was no action taken on their side and I was forced to pay $160 CAD extra for no reason. Very disappointed at wireless save and the unprofessional services that they provide to customers and visitors like me. Never getting anything from this store again.

    I went to the busy Eaton Centre store as my phone did not work. Joaquin, one of the staff had his bag and jacket on, but still stopped to help me out, for almost an hour. He explained what my options were. There was a Yonge lady, Zee who took over to help explain how to transfer data and stuff. I must say I was amazed at how helpful, all the staff there were. Thank you to all the staff at wireless EC.

    Horrible experience. I came here to purchase an iPhone 7plus, I was recommended to go with Bell mobility for a better deal. So I did. Got the same monthly mobile service price had I gone directly to Bell- which is understandable. But, for some reason, my personal mobile account was linked to someone else's account and services, and I have been having on going issues trying to put this contract under my name- have wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to find a solution. Terrible. 2 months later and nobody has solved the issue. Frustrating because nor wireless wave or bell will claim responsibility for this problem, and they keep wanting to tap into my credit again in order to make the switch. Will never return here ever again.

    Horrible experience. Only one person working there today. I was in a long queue and the guy was stuck on the phone. That's the worst service I had in Toronto so far.

    I found the staff to be amazing. They helped me choose the right plan and gave me the Fido sim for free and activated it for free too. I paid zero dollars to get started on the network. The other day I took a friend there and they helped us again. Will definitely go again.
