They had serviced my 60s vintage Omega Seamaster two years ago and were prompt and reasonable. It was recently losing time and brought it in. It needed a new mainspring. It took a while to order it from the manufacturer. Gabriella made the case that the work was under warranty and I should not be charged. I am very appreciative and would recommend Rightime to anyone who needs repairs on a vintage watch.

Gabriella provided very fast and good service when I came in today to have my watch adjusted (some links removed). It's my first time wearing a steel band so she helped with a comfortable fit and even provided a week grace period to come back for readjustment if needed, which I thought was a great customer follow-up. Would come again. Thanks!

No good. Went to this place to have my watch’s bracelet refitted. The person was a bit dismissive and did not handle my watch with care. There was obvious micro damage on one of the pinhole, and some pins appeared to be inserted from the wrong side. It was a rather expensive watch, so not jobs well done.

A fantastic service. I took them a 1960's Omega Seamaster, which they serviced for a reasonable price, including changing several worn parts (and keeping them for me so I could take a look for my interest). It now looks considerably better and is running very smoothly. I looked online for good reviews for somewhere in downtown Toronto and couldn't find anything. My wife found this place- and it's great! A family run shop with personal customer service, who really do seem to care about your valuables.
