  Renting fatbikes was so easy and so much fun this past winter. White Pine was also very helpful when I came in with questions about my current bike, and even went the extra mile to help me fix it up on the spot. Thanks guys.

  Staff are 👌🏻, really knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike some bike shops, it's really low-pressure and easy to browse around. Great selection of fixies, single speeds and fat bikes, and some pretty neat components.

  I purchased my bike from Brendan at White Pine almost 3 years ago and he has gone above and beyond since then. In only three years the store has expanded AND another location is almost open in St.James - it is great to see their success over the years. Brendan and the White Pine crew are always friendly, honest and beyond helpful with the many many many questions I have had. I have recommended White Pine to many friends and they have all raved about their service - and I will continue to recommend them! Keep up the great work -

  Succinctly, the white pine staff are kind and inexplicably helpful. Having broken a chain on my ancient garbage bike, the staff were not only willing to help, but also not condescending, nor did my interaction transition into a sales pitch for one of their many fine bicycles. The staff were simply helpful, kind, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable to the plight of the common amateur bike-repairman. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity and will certainly be returning to A) purchase one of their fine machines B) seek advice on future cycling mechanical issues.   Brendan was super helpful when I came in this week to get a basket for my cruiser bike. He showed me all the options and helped me pick the best one for my bike and installed it right away. He also fixed my rear derailleur that popped off due to over-tigheting at the last bike shop I went to. I will definitely be coming back here for future tune-ups or any other bike services. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for simple, beautiful bikes and friendly service.
