  my experience with Maria Zerjav is she's honest, a HEALER, kind, friendly... She's the best physiotherapist! My best decision choosing her for my treatments. :-)

  Asked to be on the waiting list. Was called offering me an appointment. I received the message seconds later. Called back within five minutes, and they had already given the appointment away. Very frustrating. Edit: They later squeezed me in, and the staff were polite and knowledgeable.

  Made an appointment at 7am and was there 15min early as requested, but no one was there. Waited till several minutes past 7am and still no lights were on and no one was there. I finally left as I had to go to work and then I get a call 20min later asking where I am and if I'd like to reschedule...

  I would like to say thank you for the most amazing help that I have recieved from west side physiotherapy. When I first started I was in rough shape, I had been suffering from chronic neck and jaw issues for a long time due to a car accident almost 2 years ago. After just a few sessions in just a short time I have made more progress with my recovery than ever before, and I will be feeling 100% again soon, thanks to the effective treatment I received. From my own experience I will recommend going there to everyone. :)
