  I was charged $199 for what was advertised as in-home repair. He arrived and quickly told me he had to take my tv in and would replair it Two days later, I am informed that the tv would be too expensive to repair but that he could sell me a bigger and better used tv for $483. He assured me that it worked great. He promised to deliver the new tv at 7 pm sharp. At 7:45 I called him and he finally came over at 8. He asked and texted me to give him a 5 star review which I found weird since he didnt fix my tv and was late! Three days later the tv he sold me no longer works! I called him to come over and pick it up. He offers to fix it! I said no as I'm not stupid. When I asked for a refund he yells at me that I should have told him I wanted a refund because he didn't bring his machine. Then he tried to sell me a third tv! I asked to have my $199 refunded since I didn't get the in-house repair I was promised but he refused. He thinks we had a fair deal! I suspect he is frauding people, telling you he can fix your tv, then saying no and selling you a poorly fixed tv in exchange. Scam?

  I have shopped around and found this company, they work after working hours, it is fast repair and fair price, warranty is 180 days by paper, THANK IN HOME TV SERVICE 24/7

  Very knowledgeable and professional service. Very willing to accommodate your needs. My television was returned in a timely manner and the costs for the repair were fair. I would definitely recommend Hai's service.

  Excellent job, my 50 inches Sony TV was fixed in less than 24 hrs. also price was very reasonable.

  Took TV in for repair, repair was completed the next day with a hard-to-find part at a reasonable price. Communication was a bit difficult, but I don't think it should deter anyone. Would take my TV here again without hesitation.
