::Very large and busy location. Staff is hard to find. Parking spaces are not generous, and as a result, my car door was dented and scratched. Sigh. Park far away and walk...some good deals to be had. Much better than the Future Shop that used to be in the area years ago. Meet and greet: I watched for 5 minutes, and only men appeared to be asked if they wanted to enter the VIP draw. Odd. We circled the store 3 times each, and were unable to get help. It's a Thursday @noon. It's not handy to not find help when there are so many things under Lock and key. It's also a bit warm in the store, it becomes uncomfortable after awhile. Was super happy to leave...having said that, they have technology for the home and you, all household appliances, gaming units and games, accessories, watches, fitness stuff, headphones, and more. #localguide

::In times of on-line shopping I can touch products I may want! I do shop on line but actually coming to Best Buy in person, you have a chance to see, touch, feel and examine products you are interested in. I got excellent advice from staff, even a note that something I was thinking of buying will be updated in a few weeks. Recently I bought Bluetooth earphones and a new microwave convection oven. The follow up was amazing, and they made home delivery and installation easy!

::It is always a pleasure shopping at best buy. This time around, it was a return and it was as seamless as it was purchasing the item in the first place. Kudos to the tram at Best Buy Ottawa East. Keep doing the great job😁👍👌

::I loved this place. I'm from Quebec and the Best buys are not like this at all. People are very friendly. They are knowledgeable too. Would buy all my stuff from here. It's just far for me to go. It's been at least 3 years I haven't walked into a best buy because of the Québec service.
