  We sold our home through Tracy Arnett Realty in November 2017. From our first meeting until moving day we were super impressed with this company’s professional approach to their business. Tracy herself gave us a thorough presentation of the current market as well as what turned out to be an accurate assessment of our home’s value. She gave us great advice on pre-listing activities and provided an excellent staging consultant who also gave us excellent guidance. A complementary home inspection provided reassurance that there would be no surprises at offer time. Her sales personnel were all highly professional, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Great communication, logistics and coordination with the office led by Ian Arnett were much appreciated. Tracy remained in close touch throughout the process, keeping us grounded and confident. All in all, it was an extremely positive and painless experience for us. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

  "We first engaged Nina when we were thinking of purchasing a house in Ottawa. Our situation was more challenging than most because we were living abroad, which meant that for the most part, everything needed to be done remotely. Nina quickly and accurately sized up our needs and desires, so that when we came to Ottawa on a short visit, she arranged several viewings that ticked all our boxes. When we leaned towards one option, Nina was quickly able to organise a second viewing with an architect and contractor. We then decided purchase that house and found Nina to be incredibly professional and helpful, both in her very effective negotiation with the seller, but also in managing the rapidly evolving transaction with us being on a different continent. She quickly arranged an inspector and referred us to a mortgage specialist and lawyer, all of whom were very good. In the end, we were so pleased with the result, in terms of price and service, that we decided to hire Nina again to sell our existing home, while we were still abroad. Once again, Nina went above and beyond in preparing the property for sale and then in expertly handling everything, so that in the end the property sold quickly and at a price that was even higher than we expected. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Nina. She is intuitive, knowledgeable, very resourceful and responsive, even after the purchase and sale.
