::Holy Christ! Why did the rental office had to be so rude? I was there inquiring about what I need to do when my lease ends, they definitely did not want me there and this lady was not happy during the whole conversation. She even cursed me when I got out of the office, what in the heaven she thought she was doings? I can't stand this office and their problematic amenities anymore. Finally I decided to move out of this hell as soon as my lease ends.

::I have rented a two bedroom apartment from this building for over a year. The service from the office is horrible, the staffs are extremely rude to residents, especially the lady from the office-Kim. It seems that Kim hates her job so that she needs to take her personal issues around the office and make the others to feel the heat! Before I moved in, the office promised me that they are gonna charge me 2100 dollars per month and I paid the whole year's rent at once. But 10 months later, my rent surprisingly became 2200 per month which means I need to pay for the 1200 difference which is unfair and illegal!!! At the day I moved out and returned the keys to the office, I was burned out and decided to sit on the couch in the lobby for a few minutes with my boyfriend but Kim showed up and yell at me for staying in the building. Before I met Kim I never thought that people can be so mean and awful. If you want a solid rental experience, please, please DO NOT COME TO 50 LAURIER!!!! Trust me! It will be the worst experience you ever have!!!
