::I have had a serious shoulder issues for over 20 years which ultimately required surgery this past fall. As a result, I have been to endlless physio, accupuncture, chiro & active release therapists & EVERY ONE of them, with the exception of Dave Holmes at TOWER PHYSIO provided temporary band-aid relief at great expense to myself. I was referred to Tower Physio 7 years ago. Dave Holmes not only provided me with the proper corrective treatment but also educated me on my body and the proper posture required when doing home exercises.This man is brilliant! He is passionate about what he does, he's a big supporter of local business as well as the cycling community and if it weren't for him id still be in pain and my quality of life would suck. GO SEE THIS guy & his team of therapists! They are THE BEST in town without question!

::I have been skateboarding for 25+ years, I have various reoccurring injuries, my doctor tells me maybe it’s time to quit.. i was looking for a new physio after my mid foot fusion surgery. my old one was great but I wanted someone new, after my post op visits ran out. a friend recommended tower physio and I can’t thank him enough!! Aside from seeing other problems that my doc either missed or ignored, they were friendly, passionate and everyone seemed very happy to be there! In 3 visits I have learned more about my body and what I can do about recovery and prevention than years of going to the doctor! Thank you guys for everything! Very reassuring professional and confidant you guys rule!! I highly recommend tower!!

::All the physiotherapists I have come in contact with from Tower Physio have been amazing. They have a great team and they are really good about sorting through your injury and then choosing some therapies which apply. They are kind and extremely professional and work hard to see the progress you make. Very comfortable and friendly environment. They have been extremely helpful to me!

::I've been seeing Dave Holmes since December of 2016 for post concussion from a snowmobiling accident. Dave had me doing the strangest exercises I've ever encountered, but they work. Who knew that learning how to suck, blink and crawl would help heal my brain. Out of the plethora of specialists I've seen he is the only one who actually helped me recover. I would highly recommend him for anyone who has had a concussion. Tisha and Cassie are both also wonderful. They work well together as a team. The atmosphere at Tower Physio is very nurturing, including the front reception staff who always greet you with a smile by your name.
