  I have been going to Downtown sports clinic for a couple years now. Sarah and Lori have both been amazing in assessing my injuries and help get me back into full function. They are both very personable, courteous and thorough.

  As I geared up to begin training for my third marathon in Berlin, I pushed myself too hard and caused a hamstring injury. I made an appointment with Carolyn Hiles. As a marathoner herself (she's run Boston), Caroline understood my challenges and the underlying cause of my injury. Not only did Carolyn treat my injury, she also took the time to treat my underlying lack of flexibility that led to the injury. When I complete Berlin (and hopefully qualify for Boston myself), I will owe a great debt of gratitude to Carolyn and TDSC. HIGHLY recommended for any of your fitness-related physical therapy needs.

  I was diagnosed with achilles tendinitis a few months ago. Thanks to Janine who treated the injury & recommended various stretching & strengthening exercises, I was running again within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend the talented team of professionals at this clinic. They work with you to get you back into your sport ASAP.
