  If you have a choice to go elsewhere for service please do! Not happy with the quality of service provided and at a premium cost. Started experiencing issues within 2 weeks of my service that should have been caught during my 8000km service. This issue did not happen overnight but rather over a long period of time. If there was a concern it should have been brought to my attention and in this case it was not. I have read reviews that go on about the great hours, free coffee and wifi and if those perks are what you are looking when getting your vehicle serviced...Tony Graham has you covered but if you value knowing your vehicle was serviced professionally with all safety and maintenance concerns taken care of.... I recommend going elsewhere!

  I just had yet another amazing service experience at Tony Graham on Merivale Road. Five stars is not enough for a company that treats their customers like VIP every single time. I went in for a tire change over that would have been $50. I asked if I could get my oil changed (even though I didn't book for it)...they said no problem. Then they noticed that I was due for one of my service visits. They changed everything, and i ended to only pay for the cabin filter $37.50. Thank you to Paul in check in and to Becky at check out. Both are super friendly and very customer service oriented! Thank you Tony Graham Toyota... I AM SO GLAD I came back to you after the worst 5 year experience across the street. Love my car and love the service! 7 Stars out of 5!

  We went to Tony graham over the weekend and were greeted by Nicole- the sales rep and we had a very pleasant experience throughout. She was super sweet and very accommodating. She understood and listened to our needs and even got us the best price! That's so awesome! I highly recommend Tony Graham and especially Nicole. Thanks for being so kind!

  This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Tony Graham. The service was excellent. Rick was knowledgeable and helped us find the car we were looking for. Maryann was so patient with us and took extra time to explain things in detail. Finally, Luis made us feel like royalty when came to pick up our vehicle. We would definitely recommend Tony Graham Toyota to all of our friends and family. You won't regret it!

  Just picked up my new Corolla today and I am already loving it. I had a fantastic experience with Tony Graham Toyota and would not hesitate in recommending them to any of my friends and family. They truly went above and beyond in their service and delivery. Thank you to Arthur, Mary and Luis for being so helpful and professional and answering all my questions. As a first time car buyer I could not have asked for a better experience!!!
