    Highly recommended! Fantastic experience for a first time car buyer. All questions and concerns were addressed in detail; great for first time buyers! .. even better experience when they brought out the right one. Lol. Bit of a snafu on the first pick up but everything was addressed immediately and corrected after 24 hours. Positive, friendly service with a few good laughs. :)

    Very pleased with the purchase of my Sonata. The people at Hunt Club Hyundai were very professional and courteous. Tran, the salesperson, who looked after me was most helpful and took the time to explain to me the features of the car, especially when the car was delivered. I'm sure the dealership values him as a member of their sales team. I do not hesitate to recommend Hunt Club Hyundai.

    I have been trying to reach someone for over a week and nobody will call me back. I was told that they would cover the cost of my ticking engine if they take it apart and determine it wasn't due to neglect. I agreed and then was told that they had to wait until they had more engines before taking mine apart and looking at it. They said they would be in touch within a few weeks but to call them back if it gets worse. It's been two months now and I and my car smells like it is burning and I still hadn't heard anything so I called them to obtain a status and nobody could help me. I was transferred to parts and to service and they couldn't see any information pertaining to and my engine being covered by them and they did not have any indication that I was awaiting an engine..the guy noted that there was a four month backlog because they were having so many issues with engine piston slap. I had a name of the guy I had spoken to and so i referred to him and I was told i would be better to speak to him. I left him two voice messages and it's been almost two weeks without a callback. I called again and the receptionist said she would walk over to inform him that I was awaiting a call back and she would also e-mail her manager. Well, that was Saturday and I still haven't received a call back. Any ideas who I can contact? My co-workers and friends keep asking me if I have heard anything yet and it's embarrassing to say I haven't. I am really stressed about this. I feel for some reason they won't call me back and just ignore the fact that they had initially said that my engine would be covered if it wasn't due to neglect. There must be someone I can bring this to the attention of. To be so close to a class action suite and to totally ignore customers on top of that. I just can't believe it, nobody will even return my call and my file doesn't indicate anything to the effect of taking apart my engine and examining it. I am pretty certain that if it was their car, they would be right on top of it. From the reviews I have seen, giving people the runaround and ignoring them is pretty common. I guess they don't have any concern about how quick word travels around and how other people's negative experience will discourage others from ever purchasing from Hyundai and I guess that they are not concerned about people getting together and starting a suit so that innocent customers don't have to foot the bill on something they feel should be covered by Hyundai; there are a lot of people out there that are having issues with these vehicles. I am not going through this stress alone, I have co-workers who see how this has affected me and they are taking note and also certainly do not want to go through the same experience.

    I just purchased a new Kona from here, and I must say that it was a pleasure dealing with them. Kevin in Sales, and Adam in Finance ran through the process very efficiently. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase something I didn't want, and all options were clearly explained. I've dealt with too many dealerships before that I went in there with my guard up, waiting for the big pitch, but it never came. Kevin was great at answering any questions I had, and didn't try to steer me in any way. Adam in Finance made what is generally a massive ordeal, into less of an ordeal. His pleasant demeanor, and knowledge of the process was excellent. Kudos to them and all the folks at the location.
