  Tim Hortons has the best coffee and their donuts and their sandwiches are pretty good too

  A year ago I gave it 5 stars, now it's just a little dirtier, and service isn't as good as it was. Server coughed over coffee machine without covering mouth.

  Nice staff, very good service skills. Order was correct and quick but I found the quality suffered in the name of speed. My "grilled" bagel was warm but was barely grilled. The cheese was warm but as you can see, it isn't grilled or melted in the slightest.

  I believe that with the lack of drive thru the staff here has the best of interpersonal skills, and actually seem to care about the product they deliver. The face to face aspect of ordering food is all but lost thanks to Tim Hortons focus on drive thru first always. Sure they make more money with drive thru but face to face with great service and smiles and correct food orders makes a big difference.
