  I don't think I have ever met a contractor who is as thorough and amicable as Neil is. He is friendly, approachable, has a progressive attitude, is considerate of others and is always problem-solving. He's been a pleasure to work with!

  Professional, reliable, quality service. We gathered 3 quotes and chose Thunder Bay Roofing because they took the time to visit our home, review the entire project with us, answer our questions, and explain upgrades they suggested (which have improved air flow in our attic). Work was completed in a timely, professional manner, and they took the time to ensure they left our home clean after the job was completed. Thunder Bay Roofing definitely takes pride in their work, and they are happy when their customers are happy.

  A true example of workmanship and customer service. Honest, respectful and beyond helpful. Neil explained every detail and answered every question I had. Had many quotes and Neil was the only person that bothered to unload his ladder and actually go up and look at the roof. As for their work, exceptional, above and beyond. We have small children and the effort they put into cleaning around the house is deeply appreciated. Can't recommend them enough. Andy Wilson

  I am very happy that we went with Thunder Bay Roofing. I received about 5 quotes from different business. We chose Neil and his company because he was very well informed of what needed to be done and was in align with how we wanted it completed. They were prompt, courteous and left our yard with no mess. I would highly recommend them.

  They were prompt, professional, friendly. They completed their work in good time and we hardly noticed they were here. Cleanup after was impeccably done- out property was even tidier than before they arrived. I really appreciated the clear communication about when they would be here, as roofers always need to contend with weather and shifting schedules. We were never in the dark as to what was happening. Comfortably recommend their services.
