  Got a smiley piercing here and my piercing was very friendly and very welcoming, this place has a great atmosphere! Would come back any day. Piercing healed nice and looks amazing

  I had a smiley piercing done by Ashley a couple months ago and the service was absolutely terrible. She was extremely rude from the second I walked in the shop. She free handed the piercing which ended up completly off centre and when I questioned it she said it is the way the webbing in my mouth is and that it will move around as it heals. Once it was healed I consulted another piercer who agreed that it was not done right and should be fixed. Ashley had no problem with redoing it free of charge however she put it back in the same spot. So unfortunately my only options were to take it out or go to another piercer and pay to have it done properly. Do not recommend going here for a piercing.
