::Excellent customer service and care and have never been happier with another company and store. The manager at this store, Marwen, is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. ::DO NOT GO NEAR THIS. Manager refused to give me a refund for a defective joystick. He claimed the joystick was opened and that he considered that a "game". So he wouldn't be "able" to give me a refund. Then told me to talk to the manager at the original Source I had bought it. Both statements are offensive and are not backed up by the guidelines at the general The Source website. So when even the freaking manager breaks not only the law but even his headquarters' terms, you know it is bad. No wonder their rating is at the bottom.

::Everything is locked , so you can't really pick something up to read labels on products. On top of which you are followed around incessantly as if you're trying to rob the place. Best Buy has a ten fold better customer experience.
