  You guys should make sure your employees are properly trained. I know they are trying their best. I just had a bad exprience right now and I hope they improve in the future.

  Excellent customer service and care and have never been happier with another company and store. I am honored to be a customer here and have always been treated with respect and the utmost consideration and care. I would recommend this store and company to anyone and believe that the service is first rate and excellent. I could not be possibly any happier and satisfied with the genuine and efficient service. The manager at this store, Marwen, is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and experience and customer care is far above anything I have ever experienced anywhere else and will recommend this store and him to everyone I know. I feel honored to be a customer here.

  DO NOT GO NEAR THIS. Manager refused to give me a refund for a defective joystick. He claimed the joystick was opened and that he considered that a "game". So he wouldn't be "able" to give me a refund. Then told me to talk to the manager at the original Source I had bought it. Both statements are offensive and are not backed up by the guidelines at the general The Source website. So when even the freaking manager breaks not only the law but even his headquarters' terms, you know it is bad. No wonder their rating is at the bottom.

  Everything is locked , so you can't really pick something up to read labels on products. On top of which you are followed around incessantly as if you're trying to rob the place. Best Buy has a ten fold better customer experience.
