  I really loved this place! So much attention to everyone! I got the service and new WOW phone from this place! I was served by very professional person! He suggested me to choose the plan and I really satisfied! I would definitely recommend this place, especially Syed who knows what he is doing and super fast, friendly and of course professional 100%! By the time i was waiting to print the final papers, his co-worker shows me a nice case for my new phone! Very organized! The assistant of manager was present and also was very helpful and friendly! Good team work! #1!!!!

  Horrible service!!!! I was returning a headset that was way too small, after reading the reviews online everyone said the same thing. I went to Eaton Centre because I am off work when the Montreal Trust store closes, lame. They wouldn't take them back because the box was open! I wonder how you find out if headphones work or fit your head, by staring at the picture on the box!? I called their customer care number on my way home because it was wrong and it also didn't say that on the receipt. They said they should have taken them back, especially since it was the Source brand too!! What a bunch of jerks! Goodbye TheSource, hello Amazon.ca, no hassle returns and knowledgeable staff makes it a no brainer to use AMAZON!!!!!

  Amazing deal I got for a phone during boxing day.. I had searched everywhere but got the best price here.. !! Highly recommended ..great customer service (Syed)
