::One employee treat me like homeless. I went here cause i have some problems with Applepay. Well the women say hello to other white guys, even don’t watch short Asian guy. I said her excuse me and reply was “what”. What. Really. Thanks for great experience, Apple.

::Poor service. I made an appointment for the genius bar .I was early .although there was empty I had to wait for my appointment time . I got someone five minutes after my set appointment . When he came to me I had two devices to check . He informed me that I was supposed to make two separate appointments. Although he didn't even take ten minutes to check my first device he said I had to make another appointment for the second one.so I had to wait another half hour for that . I wasn't happy.

::Very busy spot but the location had lot's of staff members working. I was greeted right away. I didn't need anything specific this time in as I was looking at the new iMac Pro simply out of curiosity. One of the girls was really pleasant showing me a few features but not to the point that it was overly pushy. I had a great experience here. Recommended for Apple products and accessories while in town.

::The Genius Bar at Apple Stores always feels a bit chaotic at first but there is an organization that emerges once you get in the queue. I was impressed by the staff’s ability to switch between French, English and even Spanish without missing a beat. They were also quick, friendly and to the point.

::After giving my laptop in for what I was told was a necessary repair, I was given an estimate of 3 days. Being a student in University, this was not ideal in the first place. Eight days and several calls later, I was told that my laptop was ready for pick up. After waiting another hour to pick it up - I was informed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Eight days for nothing. When I brought my laptop home the same problem was occurring as when I brought it in, and the issue hadn’t even been attempted to be repaired.
