  This past week my daughters basement had a major plumbing leak that we couldn’t contain. We started calling emergency plumbers that offered 24 hour service and this started at 11pm, needless to say we were surprised that the first 5 companies we tried didn’t want to come out until the next day based on the time. You could imagine the sense of helplessness my daughter was feeling as her basement was flooding and we were trying to mop up buckets of water to prevent further damage. Giving this one last shot I called the Pleasant Plumber at exactly midnight and Barry answered the phone and stated he could be at her place within 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes later he was here at went to work. Unfortunately we realized the situation was much more serious as the city of Winnipeg had been doing work out front of the house earlier in the week that caused the damage. What I will say is Barry gave it his best for 2 hours and left at 2:30am. As a customer I am more than impressed with the service and effort he put in.Barry and his team returned the next morning to come and see if there was anything else they could do and we were blown away by their service and effort! I would highly recommend the Pleasant Plumber to anyone in need of Plumbing Services and these guys are now first on my list to call for my home and my stores as I run a small business as well! Great service guys and thanks again!

  They were fast and friendly. Came out fairly late on a Friday night and fixed things right away when the completion would not come out! Great job.

  I had a Kitchen sink faucet that desperately needed replacing. I googled plumbers and The Pleasant Plumber popped up and they work 24/7, voila exactly what I needed so I did not have to take time off work. I emailed early in the morning and within 1 hr Barrett (owner) emailed me back with an estimate as well as he agreed to come on the date and time I chose. Barrett arrived on schedule and got to work right away. The best part is that Barrett brought to our attention that the faucet we bought to replace would only cause the same issues in no time, so he greatly recommended and explained to us why he felt a different faucet would be a better option. Even better was that he had this faucet on him and that saved us a trip back to the department store and having to wait another day or two for him to return. My spouse and I were very grateful that Barrett spared us the agony of having to wait. His pricing on his work is very reasonable, and I know that if something goes wrong, he would come back to fix. I highly recommend this very professional pleasant plumber to everyone.
