Thanks Patrick for the emergency after hours service. You saved our annual family Christmas brunch.

I thought we should record our thanks for exceptional service, something I rarely do. Our hot water heater quit on the coldest December in 25 years, and Parsons were booked for days ahead on emergencies. The office phoned Bill, who was out and about, and he rang us within five minutes. We went down to the basement and he talked us through resetting it. Hot water was restored in an hour. Thanks to all at Parsons.

I have had a concern about a repair to the plumbing in my condo unit. I found Erin (front desk, reception) lovely to speak with, she listened very carefully to my inquiry and thoroughly checked over the company log to determine when and if the plumbers had been in my unit for a second time. She provided me with very good information. The reason for the 2 stars is my conversation with Jay, upon my third inquiry. He did not allow for me to explain the gravity of the situation stemming from the repair, which extended to the increased space between the wall and the new plumbing (which is fine, no leakage). The concern over the seal was not in relation to the pipes, but the wall around the pipes, which he said needed to be "expanded". From this point onward, he disgressed my inquiry to basic tenants behaving -badly, scoffed at the notion that I was implying insufficient repair to the plumbing, and then questioned why I would say such things. I will not be using Parsons again.
