  A couple times I've gone here, and have had staff not sell me what I wanted. They sold me what I needed... (And, saved me some big coin). In doing what's right for the customer, they're doing what's right for the business.

  Haven't been to home depot for a while. Great customer service! And only store to have the replacement towel bar I needed!

  Most organised store over other home depot stores. Friendly staff and takes the time to help you. Thanks from Ralph's Reno. Unfortunately I'm not impressed - their roof frequently have issues with leaking. In effect they removed the ceiling inside the store leaving insulation exposed. Against the code to have insulation exposed. Especially with air movement, so we are inhaling fibreglass! Violation of health code.

  Went to this location today, the place was packed!! But what was impressive was the service that we received from the staff, they are on the look out for customers needing help and they follow through with questions

  Good service but management leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen other company trucks pull in to get things and they weren't treated like me. I pulled in to get ratchet straps for a sign that was on my roof advertising sales at another place. This was a safety issue. I was told to get my vehicle out if their parking lot or they would call the authorities. I remained calm and left very disappointed with the managers ignorance
