  The selection at Lowe's is sometimes different from the other box stores. I can sometimes find unique items that are not available elsewhere. Service is also reasonable, especially with the press for help buttons that do get answered. Thanks Lowe's.

  Purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Simply the most informative and easy experience we have had. Dave in the appliance department rocks!! He took the time needed, showed us every detail and let us know of all the promotions that were available. Again thanks for the awesome experience.

  It's a decent location. The selection of tiles is small, which is unfortunate as it's the reason we were there. No change tables in men's/ladies' washrooms, but a separate family/accessible washroom available. Breastfeeding-friendly.

  Last night my hubby and I went into this location (around 7:30pm) to have a look at purchasing a new dryer. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to answer any questions and gave us some wonderful advice. We didn't end up purchasing a dryer at this visit, but we will definetely be back when the time comes. I'm aweful at remembering names.. but i just wanted to thank him for the wonderful customer service he gave us.

  Went in today, ready to make a purchase but the product was on a top shelf. Took me 10 minutes to flag down an employee and this person then took off looking for a ladder. I left after waiting 10 minutes. The store is nice, lots of products and large variety of brands. But selection is useless if the place is so short-staffed. The prices are good so I will probably make one more attempt at this. But what a disappointment.
