  Great sales team and management. Very happy with the furniture that I bought and appreciated the extra effort they put in to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Mike as the other reviewer mentioned was knowledgeable and was excellent throughout the process.. I have taken my parents and in laws there since and have referred many friends. I like their Cindy collection as well as their appliance and TV selection.

  I had the pleasure working with Chris Evans on finding me a surround sound speaker that best suited me. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and didn't push me to spend more money, but in fact find one that was in my price range. I will continue my shopping here based on his professionalism and attitude. 5 stars all the way!

  Amazing customer service!! The store staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was dealing with Mike directly and he was amazing! He was always available for assistance and always made my family and I welcomed when entering the store. I ended up purchasing all my new house furniture and I'm very happy with the purchases! Highly recommended store to buy from

  I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but I bought my entire household furniture with Chris Evans and he deserves recognition! Amazing guy, easy to talk to and wasn't thinking of his pocket while serving me. He simply wanted to help me get what was best for ME. Went in wanting to buy only a bed and headboard, ending up also getting the 4 major appliances, a TV and a kitchen table with 6 chairs! Thanks Chris! I was fortunate to run into you :)

  Despite a lot of the awful reviews here, I felt the need to write about my extremely positive experience with the brick. My wife and I bought a sofa set, bedroom set, and mattress from Chris Evans. He is probably one of the best sales associates we have ever dealt with. Extremely efficient in finding us what we were looking for and we could tell he was more interested in finding us what we wanted rather than trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend asking to deal with Chris next time you are visiting the brick on Cyrville. The customer service was great and my sales person kept us updated with every step along the way up until receiving our delivery. We will definitely be coming back to this location again!
