  Specials advertised on radio did not match what was in store. Hardly any way to prove what I heard. Not much room to move, price wise, when purchasing multiple sets. Will try another location. #localguide

  bought a queen size mattress plus a lot of other stuff, mattress is cupping in the middle and it's a year old! I went in to get help, they referred me to customer service number and won't do anything.. boo

  Quite an impressive store floor. Not for quick shopping visit. Everything you could think about in your bedroom

  Extremely disappointed!!! In December of 2016 I financed a mattress with sleep country and although delivered quickly (which was exciting), I never received the mattress cover that I purchased for around 100 dollars. Nor did I receive the information for the company that they used for the financing on my account, which at the time was CitiFinancial. I called several times to speak with someone and left several voicemails to get my mattress cover and the information for CitiFinancial (I'd like to point out I wasn't even aware that the company was CitiFinancial - I was only told that I was financing with sleep country). Nobody ever called me back. I found out about CitiFinancial after missing my first 3 months of payments and receiving a call for collections (there goes my credit scores!) and the interest rates are absolutely ridiculous. My mattress on sale was 1200 dollars, which seems fantastic however through financing I am paying over double! They also tell you it is a one year payment plan, it isn't. It is 6 months according to the financing company, here goes even more interest rates to add on the cost. Almost one year later and no one from sleep country has bothered to call back. I can't even rate this place, please disregard the star.

  Their warranty department needs a lot of work. Spent almost $4000. About 2 weeks later, the bed has collapsed. I ask to speak to management as my husband is very ill and spends 14 hours a day in that bed. They responded that I have to send an email, go through channels, and then I might get a chance to be heard. I told the employees at the warranty centre the issue, and all they suggested was to take pictures and to email it to them so they could review them. When it's all said and done, my ill husband lays in a broken bed for over 2 weeks. He only spends almost 75% of his life there. But management won't deal with customers. Only the employees can. And their hands are tied for making decisions
