  WARNING! Don't use this branch. I never write reviews, but these guys are the most pathetic branch I've ever seen in my life. They've messed up at least 5 things. I was suppose to have someone removed off my company owner ship and they "Forgot" to do it. I send emails to their staff and they have automatic replies saying they are out of the office until a certain date, then I went to the branch and saw them there. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH !!!!!

  Great hours and friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is where I go to do all my banking.

  Best td in town. Nicest staff. Never had a negative experience even with the slew of banking problems I always have.

  Complete garbage to deal with. They had promised me that the a transfer of my pension was going to handled by them, and the file was sent to a "specialist" only to be incompetently handled. After an issue came up with the transfer, every person along the process had said that they had done nothing wrong and that it wasn't their mistake. worthless staff and worthless "customer service" manager... customer service my ass

  They were not helpful. Each time we went there we would meet a different agent to talk a bout our account. Plus, bad follow-up.
