  Long line ups, not enough selection and the phone you want is usually out of stock. 3 stars for friendly staff.

  Their customer service does need work. Was given the number to the store and called tons and no one answers the phone and when have walked in there customer service people at times are standing around when no ones there and not busy.

  Internet by these people is the absolute worst most times I was getting 1 mbps speed with wifi. Cell service sucks where I need it especially while traveling only works within the area of a city while my wife's phone with a different provider works almost everywhere.

  Need more customer service personnel. Waiting for minimum 40 mins to have something resolved is not ideal
