  I'd give them 5 stars if they offered financing like Long and McQuade does but for a small ma and pa outfit I guess they can't, but over all very friendly and helpful.

  Wonderful place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great prices and they have a nice promotion going on. Spend $100 get a $20 gift coupon. Makes it convenient if you're thinking of purchasing an instrument as most of them are over $100 anyway.

  Great product selection and prices are competitive if not better than anyone else's. Also one of the last true family-run businesses in town. That means quality customer service. Highly recommended.

  I was making payments towards a set of drums a few years ago while the owner's son was working. I'd made a payment of $80 before Christmas with him and when I returned to make the next payment the last $80 was unaccounted for. The receipt the owner's son had given me (which he had to put a "new roll" on the receipt printer for) had no information on it at all. I noticed this when I was going through my receipts while on my Christmas vacation. Having trusted them for 30 years I didn't put much stock in it. When I came back to the store to make another $80 payment in the new year the last payment was unaccounted for. I couldn't discuss it with the son because he was on vacation but the father swore adamantly that it was my error and grew rather impatient with me. I searched everywhere for the blank receipt which the father insisted on seeing but in the end I asked for my money back, (minus the $80) chose never to deal with them again and bought a much better set of drums on line for less.
