Stayed 4 nights as I was in Guelph for work. The receptionist was very nice and inviting. The room was 205 and it was clean but being said it’s not a 5 star hotel. The radiator in the bathroom was rusted and falling apart. The dry wall by the sink was falling apart. The beds aren’t very comfortable. After the maid cleaned the room I noticed the douvet had stained bodily fluid on it so I brought it to the attention to the front desk and he brought me a few new blankets. The breakfast is limited as well. I was skeptical of going there from the reviews on here yes it needs work, yes there’s obviously better hotels but for what you pay I was only there to sleep it did the job.

Very outdated with rooms that smell like and old ashtray. Do yourselves a favor for $10 more go to the confort inn. The heater won't be noisy, and you won't hear all the outdoor noise.

Have stayed at 2.5 star motels before. Which should have been rated higher. In this case I would not even put a rating on this motel. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. My bedding had stains. Breakfast was a laugh. Suppose to be from 6 to 10 am. At 8am we went down to get something to eat there was 1 piece of toast, 1bagel and 1 muffin. The cream cheese for the bagels were sitting in a bowl of water because they were frozen. No coffee made and the juice machine was broke. When we arrived the night before we asked for a extra chair so we could eat at the table. Straight out no. Very poor management. Definitely will not stay there again and will never recommend. I don't know how they stay in business.

Front desk was helpful and assisted my customer with her luggage to my vehicle. Many thanks.

Had a horrible night here. Not all the hotel's fault. The room was adequate, although I found it more expensive than it should have been. Unbeknownst to me, I was staying in prime territory for people who go to Country and Western concerts at a few local places, and that night was just nuts. There was actually a point where I didn't feel safe. If you choose to go, call ahead and make sure it's not a big concert weekend.
