  Very impressive! The rooms are very clean and organized, lobby is well decorated and cozy, staff are all very friendly and helpful specially their lovely cleaning ladies. Will certainly come back in the future if ever visit Guelph again!

  Stayed with them for about 15 days. It is a very good hotel, close to University and offices. Many food options nearby. I liked the staff here, very nice and helpful people. Room was comfortable and they serve free breakfast too. Breakfast menu is fixed and when u stay long u tend to get bore with it, that's why 4 star else could have been 5.

  Checked in after midnight without any issues. The concierge was polite and friendly. He got us a room quickly and gave all the breakfast information. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Will visit again. 4 out of 5 stars because breakfast wasn't very good.

  Just stayed one night and it was in a nice location. Only wish the main light for the room was brighter as it barely did anything. To actually see in the room we had to turn on every single light in the room. The room was nice other then that and that it did have that smell of an old motel which isn't terrible but it just didn't smell as clean as some other hotels that would normally be in the same price range.

  Efficient and pleasantly received our prior booking. Factually gave us details regarding our pet and did not attach any visible concerns re the dog. Let us know about the breakfast and we were very impressed with the extent of the choices and a hot breakfast at that. Room was clean and comfortable. A welcome sight was the posted notice emphasizing that quiet was to be maintained after 10 pm. Location was convenient for Guelph and surroundings as well as close to lots of restaurants, entertainment and shopping.Will definitely stay again and am very confident in recommending to folks with or without pets who are looking for a reasonable priced place.
