  Look at my reviews, I've been to scores of top notch coffee shops in Canada, U.S., and other spots around the world. I've not been to Starbucks much, as I focus on smaller local places instead. I went to Starbucks with some colleagues today (not my choice). I was shocked with the staff's lack of knowledge. All I was looking for was a macchiato or a cortado/piccolo - an espresso shot with a bit of milk or foam. They had no idea what those were and even though I broke it down, I ended up with an Americano. They remade me something else which was about right, but not quite. And the espresso was twice the price and clearly not as good as the espresso Tim Horton's has these days.

  Not my favorite Startbucks location downtown but fine in a pinch. Location is small and cramped. Staff is great.

  I go to this location nearly every day and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of the setup of the tables (there aren't a lot of tables, and the lineup snakes around the tables) and I don't find it that inviting to sit.
